Starlet Shannon Elizabeth, backed by Bodog.com, has demonstrated good results in the respectable poker tournament
Starlet Shannon Elizabet at GQ & Calvin Klein's Poker Tournament
Gorgeous starlet and poker enthusiast Shannon Elizabeth enchanted the audience with her astonishing look and poker success at GQ and Calvin Kleins 2nd Annual Celebrity Charity Poker Tournament, May 5th. Sponsored by Bodog.com Sports Casino Poker, the beauty justified their hopes as she managed to finish 6th in the tournament. Elizabeth donated her winnings to the Peace Games.
The tiny starlet met a huge resistance in the competition, however she broke through and become the last woman at the final table. But later she failed to stand the attack of the professional poker player Chip Jett as he called all-in with K-7 off-suit and drew a King on the turn.
I just love playing poker and its even better to win for charity, Shannon Elizabeth declared. Im excited about my newfound relationship with Bodog.com, too; I play on their site all the time.
We are thrilled to have a female celebrity player of Shannons caliber represent us at the tables, noted Bodog.com Founder and CEO Calvin Ayre. Women players are a growth area for us, as the number of female poker players we have is currently growing at over 500 percent per year and we expect that significant growth to continue.
Over the past few months Bodog.com has sponsored the LA Lakers Youth Foundation 2nd Annual Casino Night, the Hawaiian Tropic Super Bowl Bikini pageant and party in Jacksonville, and the Major League Baseball preview party with Razor Magazine in Phoenix.
