Gaming Corporation buys gambling search engine Gambling.com

The owner of the UK gaming website Casino.co.uk, Gaming Corporation, has anounced the shortcoming acquisition of the gambling search engine Gambling.com. The company is supposed to play $20m through $15.3m in cash and $4.7m in new shares to the holder of the search portal - Newbold Enterprises Limited.

Established in 1997, Gambling.com provides the online search resource covering casino, poker, and sports betting websites. The enterprise derives the core income from pay per click advertising. Gambling.com uses the most popular model with the leading search engines such as Google and Overture, which have clients bidding to reach higher rankings in the search results.
