Bluff Magazine introduces poker show on radio
Bluff Magazine, the most popular poker edition in the US, has created a radio poker show based on the Poker Night Radio program. The updated poker show, entitled the Bluff Magazine Poker Hour, is on the air every Wednesday on Sports Byline USA, Sirius Satellite Radio.
Poker aficionado and sports radio/TV personality Nick Geber, along with the avid poker player Dirty Wally host the Poker Hour preparing news, insight and interviews devoted to the poker world. The Bluff Magazine Poker Hour, the only US nationally syndicated poker show, has already invited poker gurus such as Doyle Brunson, Phil Hellmuth, and Daniel Negreanu and plans to feature more poker celebrities.
Im very excited about the show, says Nick Geber. We like to talk about whats happening on the felt, as well as bring a little bit of whats going on behind the scenes. The show has been re-formatted around some of the articles featured in the magazine and Bluff writers and contributors will be appearing regularly to bring you the low-down on the gossip and happenings on the circuit. Whether youre a pro or an amateur enthusiast, the Bluff Magazine Poker Hours ultimate aim is to offer something for everyone.
Sports Byline radio is heard on nearly 200 radio stations and by 2.2 million listeners per week, added Eric Morris, Publisher and Co-founder of Bluff Magazine. Poker has become a mainstream sport in recent years, and thats why it needs a mainstream platform to reach all the fans out there. Bluff Magazine is only in its fourth issue and already has distribution of 200,000 copies. Thats the scale of this thing and were thrilled to be a part of it.
