Kentucky Casino Bill dead. Go gambling online?

According to Larry Clark, the bill's sponsor, the measure died when race tracks would not compromise on locations of the casinos. The future of expanded gambling in Kentucky is now on hold for two years. The bill would have allowed Kentucky voters to decide the fate of casinos, and a referendum may only be on a state ballot during even voting years.
