G-Tech retakes its bid for Mexican market
G-Tech Holdings Corporation, specializing in lottery providing, successfully managed to complete their contract regarding their expansion in Mexican e-lottery market.
The deal, which was initially established in January this year, was attacked by competitors arguing with the non-compliant G-Tech bid. According to Onlinecasinonews.com, the agreement was cancelled in April and recently was reviewed by The Mexican Comptroller Ministry, which finally approved the companys case.
President and CEO of G-Tech, W. Bruce Turner, commented the decision: We are very pleased with the Comptroller's decision. It has always been our belief that GTECH submitted a fully compliant bid that is in the best interest of the lottery. GTECH is proud of the important role we have played in making Pronósticos a highly successful lottery and we look forward to negotiating a new long-term contract. The contract covers the supply of equipment and services for the new online lottery system to the Mexican based organisation, Pronosticos.
G-Tech boasts the annual revenue more than $1 billion and 5,500 staff based in 45 countries.
