Angelina Jolie has denied claims that she was the woman behind Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston split. The marriage of Pitt and Aniston has ended with separation on Friday.

"I did not sh*g Brad Pitt. No, absolutely not. I have not slept with a co-star," Jolie was quoted by the Daily Star as saying. This confirms earlier comments that rumours about the affair of Jolie and Pitt were exaggerated. However, it remains unclear if today’s words of Angenila Jolie mean that she also denies phone sex with Brad Pitt.

Jolie has admitted to having at least one sexual partner at the moment, but Brad Pitt is not in this list."There was no confirmation that he had an affair with Angelina Jolie," said editor of People magazine Jess Cagle. "We do know that a respect developed and they became friends and I'm not sure that sat well with Jennifer Aniston. It pointed to this problem they had through their marriage. They lived their life in a fishbowl. They could not do anything without speculation going rampant. Were they going to have a baby? Were they back together? Were they breaking up?"
