It's Not Porsche. It's BMW

It's Not Porsche. It's BMW It's very rare for anyone to get something for nothing these days. Individuals are always trying to make sure they get something for equal rates of compensation. Even when attempting to perform a good deed and help someone out, there can be problems. Take, for example, the instance of the hobo and the wealthy individual who met on a normal day, under normal circumstances.

Upon spotting a unique and interesting farm house, a hobo stopped and though to ask for a bite to eat. Gently knocking on the door of the farm home, the hobo was greeted by a nicely dressed, wealthy individual. Meekly, the hobo asked the man for a meal. "It's been a while since my last decent meal," the hobo explained. "Could I trouble you for a bit of food?"

The wealthier man thought for a moment, then explained to the hobo, "I've never given away anything in my entire life. I've been able to make quite a bit of money by working hard and supplying gambling goods to individuals. However, I am sympathetic toward your situation. If you go around to the back of my home, you will see a paint bucket. If you paint my porch, I will, in turn, have a nice, warm meal prepared for you."

The hobo agreed and thanked the man. A bit of time passed. The man read the newspaper and some trendy magazines while the time passed. He implored with the cook to begin preparation for a meal for the man and the hobo and to have the table set. Eventually, there was another gentle knock at the door.

The man smiled at the hobo, "All done?" He was pleased to know that he was able to help someone out of a jam, while at the same time helping to improve his situation at home. He needed that porch painted and had been putting it off. Now, he was able to save money by paying for a meal in exchange for the paint job. It was looking like a mutually beneficial situation all around and both men seemed to be proud of what they had been able to accomplish that day.

The hobo sat down to eat after being invited back in by the wealthy man. "Thank you very kindly. This meal looks delicious and expertly prepared. However, there is something I need to tell you first. You don't own a Porsche, she's a BMW."
