Las Vegas is a popular vacation destination. Once a spot primarily for men, the city has become much more family oriented and female friendly within recent years. As a result, more families and single women have become more enthused about the city and the opportunities that exist there. Gambling is the primary economical subsidy of the city and visitors to the area are often swept up in the idea of winning big and striking it rich at a Las Vegas casino.
One day, a blonde woman arrived at the city. She checked into her fancy hotel and then went downstairs to take in the sights of the lobby and attached casino. There were lights and games all around her. She sees a candy machine and walks over to it. Opening her purse, she takes out a dollar. After putting her dollar in the machine and pushing a couple of buttons, a candy bar falls off the machine shelf and into the receptacle at the bottom. The lady removes the candy bar, places it in her purse and removes another dollar. She repeats the process and looks very pleased with herself. The woman keeps doing this, over and over again: inserting the money, pushing some buttons and removing the candy bars which fall out. Occasionally, she would let out a short and excited squeal. After some time, her actions piqued the interest of a security guard. He watched her for a moment before approaching the lady.
Cocking his head to the side, the man implores of her, "Ma'am, what are you doing?"
Quickly, she opens her purse and shows him a number of crumpled single dollar bills and her stash of chocolate candy bars. There were all kinds of candy bars in her bag. Dark chocolate, milk chocolate, rice crisp and fruit accented candy bars could be observed. The man raised his eyebrows at the woman, who seemed to feel that this offering should explain everything to the security guard. She removed another dollar and put it into the machine. Once more, she put the dollar bill in, pressed some buttons on the machine, a candy bar fell off of a shelf and landed at the bottom of the machine.
After performing a quick jump and clapping her hands, the woman smiled and turned to face the security guard full on since the first time the security guard had come over to see the woman. "Duh! I'm winning here!"
