Donald Trump, Melanie Knauss: wedding should be private and 'Apprentice'-free
Reality TV king Donald Trump, who is preparing for his Saturday wedding with Melanie Knauss, decided to keep the ceremony in a private circle. The 58-year-old casino businessman Donald Trump, who first planed to arrange royal wedding live broadcast, now seems to change his mind after his bride Melania Knauss insisted some things should stay private.
Trumps wedding was expected to see some candidates of the popular reality show The Apprentice that was run on NBC. However, neither Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth nor Bill Rancic will be sitting on the groom's side at the wedding in Palm Beach, Florida, reported NYdailynews.com.
"I decided not to do that. I don't think it would be appropriate," Donald Trump commented on the issue. "I'm trying to keep it down to a minimum."
Despite Melania insisted that the wedding should be private, she seemed not to be embarrassed while rejecting old traditions regarding wedding dress. The 34-year-old Slovenian supermodel has recently appeared in the February issue of Vogue magazine fully dressed up for the big day.
The gown, constructed of almost 300-feet of material with a 13-foot train and crowned by a 16-foot veil, was specially designed to embody Melanias dream regarding her wedding outfit. According to some fashion experts estimations the dress is worth about from $100,000 to $200,000.
Melania Knauss is to be the third Trumps attempt to create a happy family. Donald, who was reported to be a "great father and a lousy husband" failed to go on his marriage with Ivana Trump and Marla Maples. However, this time he promises to do his best to make relationship last. I'm going to devote more time to the wife," he said.
