Iglesias: Kournikova’s grand slam?
Rumour has it: former tennis star Anna Kournikova, who retired in March to concentrate on her modelling career, has secretly married her long-time boyfriend Enrique Iglesias.
In fact, she has told US Weekly so, when asked about her relationship with the 29-year-old son of Julio Iglesias: “Enrique is great. Everything is awesome. We are married.”
The couple has jokingly claimed to be married in the past, yet, a source has told US Weekly that they were wed in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, a few weeks ago.
“The wedding on the beach was romantic and beautiful with elegant flowers,” says the magazine. At a charity tennis event in Florida on Sunday, Kournikova appeared wearing a wedding band on her ring finger to signify her new marital status.
